Where can I find you?


You can find us at The Pallant Clinic,  Pelham House , 13 The Pallant, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1BE


Where can I park ?


You can park either in the Bear hotel car park which is directly opposite us.  It has a pay by phone facility if you download the paybyphone app. Its £1.20 for one hour or £1.80 for two hour.


Alternatively if you have a bit of shopping to do you can park in Waitrose car park and walk up through the store.   The Pallant is the one way street on the left, as soon as you step out of the shop.


What about Masks / Temperature Check and hand gel?   


You can wear a mask into the building, if you do not have one we can provide you with one.  There is hand gel available as soon as you enter.  We will take your temperature on arrival and if it is normal you won’t be required to wear a mask through your treatment. This is due to the nature of our treatments being mostly in the facial area.  If your temperature is high we will ask you to leave and re-book another appointment. 


Will my procedure hurt?


It is our aim to keep all our customers as comfortable as possible. Your Nurse will give you a full consultation about your procedure before hand and will also give you post treatment advice.

Can I bring my Children or pets?


We are really sorry but we do not allow children or pets in the clinic.


Can I bring a Friend?


Yes ! We encourage friends supporting friends.  If its your first time coming to the clinic and you would like to, please feel free to bring a friend.  They will have to follow the same COVID-19 procedures as all of our customers.


What if I need to cancel?


Please see our cancellation policy.


What if I am cancelled?


In the rare event we have to cancel your appointment we will give you the next available booking that is convenient to you.


Do you do promotions?


We do promotions on our social media pages and website so look out for them! we offer a 10% discount to all NHS, Fire Service and Police staff.


How do I order more of my Skincare Product?


Just e-mail us at and let us know what you want. We should be able to get your order to you in a few working days.  



What Covid-19 precautions do you have in place?


All areas are fully disinfected and cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaners between treatments.  PPE is worn following the most up to date government guidance. Please see our Covid 19 policy for more information.   


What about my personal data? 


We store all personal data following the GDPR regulations. Please see our data privacy policy.


Will you use pictures of me on your social media?


If you consent to this we may do.  However we will never do this without your consent or knowledge.


What if I want to make a complaint?


It we ever fall below the standard you expect, we welcome your feedback.
